The Centre of Practical Skills (CoPS) Enugu, on Friday, 27 January 2023, enrolled 96 pioneer students into her training programme for the 2022/ 2023 academic session.

The event was at the Hon. Justice Cordelia Chukwurah convocation arena, Go Uni Thinkers Corner Campus began with the Holy Mass at 11:00 am. The students at the event swore the oath of matriculation, witnessed by parents, friends and well-wishers.

In his address, the founding Vice Chancellor of Godfrey Okoye University, Rev. Fr. Prof. Dr Christian Anieke (Eb. Mitterkirchen, Austria), congratulated the students of the Centre of Practical Skills (COPs) being taught by foreign and Nigerian teachers, with all the students of the centre on fully-funded scholarships. He stated that all students at the end of the programme would get European trade certification in collaboration with GO uni. He also encouraged them to do their best to be among the best-graduating students.
The highlight was the cultural dance presentation, delivery of goodwill messages and cutting of matriculation cake by staff, students and well-wishers of the university.
